TrueUSD is a U.S. dollar ERC20 stablecoin pegged to USD at 1:1 that was launched in January 2018 that is administered by TrustToken. TrustToken describes TUSD as “the first regulated stablecoin fully backed by the US Dollar.” TrustToken through full transparency, introduced TrueUSD in 2018 creating a stabelcoin thats value directly pegged to that of the US dollar. This asset primarily focuses on providing its holders with legal protections and real-time audits.
